Tires were in excellent condition, no weather checking, 30 to 40% tread life left, . Generator started right up and was very quiet (15 hours on gen-set.)  Over-all exterior is in excellent condition. , very obvious coach was impeccably maintained. All manuals appeared to be present. Routine maintenance schedules appeared to have been met on-or usually before scheduled factory recommended times. After reading all repair orders, we found nothing of concern, most of the RO's were scheduled maintenance with some minor non re-occurring repair issues. Exterior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, exterior is an easy 8.5 Interior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, interior is an easy 9 Inspectors statement: I was amazed how nice this coach is. Coach exterior and interior looked excellent. In-addition, coach has all the high dollar amenities most Monaco's have.
