Professional photographer suggestions
Professional Photographer requirement guidelines:

Exterior Photos:
Please, "if possible" all photos in order, always starting with port side first.
10 to 20 or more.
Wide 90-degree angle shot of all bay doors open, port and starboard
Close up of each front and rear…motor homes and trailers.
Close up shot of each, separate bay storage interior compartment; always front to rear. Port side first please.
Gas and diesel RV's engine compartments when applicable, client will direct you.
Truck/trailer combos: If possible and time permits please take photos of both truck and trailer separate and as a combo.
Interior RV Photos:
Interior photos approx. 20 to 40.
First one forward (from bath hall) then aft. For the latter two photos we use a tripod or mono pod. These are the two most important interior photos. Preferably wide angle lens here. Click here for example.
Living area photos; Sofa, lounger and bar if equipped
Kitchen fore and aft shot. Dinette, Pantry and various cabinets
Stove and Refer, ice maker if equipped, also one photo with refer open.
Bath , commode, shower vanity or sink.
Hall wardrobe closet if equipped
Three bedroom shots one aft, two forward port and starboard.
We use a Canon 20-D Camera flash off and a bounce flash on hot shoe. Most interior shots are with bounce pointed almost straight up. In-addition we use a wide-angle lens for most interior shots.
You can use hot lights (pointed towards ceiling) on mini tripods hidden on front seats, behind dinette booths, bathroom floor, side of bed etc. Remote slaves will work in some instances.
Light extension cords (white and brown) are helpful.
We generally will take two to three photos of each item with bounce flash moved up-down five to ten degrees per shot, this alleviates all the hot lights.
All clients have been instructed to have generator on as well as all 110 and 12 volt lights on, with all window shades in down position. Front window curtain should also be in the closed position.
When setting up photo shoot appointment, please ask client to have coach washed and a clean interior as well. In-addition ask if the client can have flowers, dish settings, place mats and candles. Dolls and/or teddy bears on the queen bed and sofa. Client is willing to meet for photo shoot, however if adverse weather is prevalent, travel my not be best for a clean rig.
In-addition all clients have been advised your professional services are of an industry courtesy price, and to please have RV in a ready condition for the photographer "before" arrival.
