Michael.
We appreciate all the time you took with us. The decision to purchase a two hundred thousand dollar motor home from you on eBay was at first a huge decision for Debi and I. It was only through the countless hours of phone conversations and help…that put us at ease. Your awesome knowledge of RV's and patience were sure a big help. Oh, and another thing, your candor and brutal honesty is a great thing!!!
We have now experienced the coach on five different trips, we are so happy with the Country Coach Prevost…It was everything you said it would be, we are so tickled with it.
On a fun note…anytime you feel the need for a plane ride, let me know I will be happy to take you up!
Thanks again Michael for all your help and patience.

I found Professional RV Appraisals on the internet when I found I needed an accurate appraisal on my 2000 Golden Falcon fifth wheel. At first I was worried that Their being headquartered in Oregon, and My being in Southern California might be a problem, but I called them anyway and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was no problem at all. I simply told Mr. Boland about my rig, and he worked up the appraisal and e-mailed it to me the following day. Short. Simple and very sweet. I recommend them highly. Very professional and very friendly.

REFERENCE TO YOURS OF 07/14/03 CONCERNING THE ABOVE. YOU MAY NOT REMEMBER BUT WE WERE THE ONES WHO WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE FACTORY ACCOUNT THE WALLS COMING APART AND BREAKING THE OUTER SKIN.
Well, AFTER SEVERAL LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS WE TOOK THE TRAILER TO THE FACTORY IN INDIANA. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE BETTER THAN IT WAS WHEN BOUGHT. H/R DID EXTEND OUR WARRANTY 6 MONTHS ACCOUNT SHERRARD'S RV AT COLBERT, OKLAHOMA HAVING IT FOR OVER 6 MONTHS.
H/R ASKED HOW COULD THEY PREVENT SUCH HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE. WE TOLD THEM TO TAKE SHERRARD'S RV OFF THERE LIST OF FACTORY REPAIR SHOPS. THIS THEY DID AND WE LEARNED FROM OUR LOCAL GOOD SAM'S CLUB PRESIDENT THAT THE SHOP CREW THERE WAS DISMISSED.
H/R DID PAY FOR FUEL, CAMP SITES GOING AND RETURNING AND MOTEL WHILE WE WERE THERE FOR 5 NIGHTS. SEEMS AS THOUGH ALL IS OK FOR TIME BEING AT LEAST. THE TRAILER LOOKS LIKE A NEW ONE.
THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR CONCERN IN THIS MATTER.
WE WERE WONDERING IF YOU HANDLE THE NEWMAR DUTCH STAR MODEL?
THANKS AGAIN AND HERE IS WISHING ALL A VERY SAFE AND MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A BETTER YEAR IN 2004.

Riley and I were quite impressed by your ad in E-Bay and by your Webb-site in general. We are currently shopping for an up-grade to the 1977 19' Mobil Traveler that we have been enjoying for the past 6 years. Not knowing much about the reputation of most RV manufacturers, except the more common names such as Winnebago, Allegro, Fleetwood, etc. We had not even heard of Rexhall before seeing your ad. Would it be possible for you to share your opinion of how the Rexhall vehicles stack up against other Name brand RVs in terms of reliability, dependability, construction, etc.? Thank you in advance for any comments you

Thank you for the compliment! The older Fleetwood's and Rexhall's are fine machine's…can't say that about "some" the late models.
It would have been nice of Rexhall to add a screen door to the early Airex models. No known mechanical issues with the Airex-Rexhall. The Ford 460 is well known for its dependability and a stealthy low torque engine.

You know Mike,
Just in the way you correspond with a me, shows how successful and
caring you really are.
Most guys that are successful in business are not always successful
in their home, family personal and other areas of their life as you.
I see a guy that is true to his word in business and all areas of his
life, that person is you and makes you a very special person.
I hope that you not only sell over a million in coach sales but much,
much more.
Any person that does business with you is a winner, whether you are
buying or selling.
The pictures of the NASCAR replicas are beautiful and I have no doubt
that you will be able to move them for top dollar.
I should have some of the Class C Motor homes in soon and will check on
the price I gave you last time and let you know when they come in.
Thanks again!

Just a quick note to let you know that the "Flying Angel" motor home pin was a big hit. I very much appreciate your sending it to so quickly. It made a very nice lady really happy. She said she'll be wearing it in her many RV travels.
Thanks again.
