Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) stated the obvious -- <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#306090" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://thinkprogress.org/2007/08/04/nadler-issa-fisa-politics/" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://thinkprogress.org/2007/08/04/nadl"><U>that the President broke the law by conducting illegal wiretaps after September 11,</U></A></FONT> but Republicans, forced him to revise his words for the Congressional record. Still Nadler said, "I retain my opinion."
