The coiba was refitted in 1998 at a cost of one million dollars. Vessel was designed as a commercial dive boat.
A word about the inspector. Michael Boland president of RVSG has direct experiecnce as a boat rigger. The latter has proved benefical as we have had many requests to represent boat and yacht owners in the sale of thier vessels ranging from 40ft to 180 ft
