RV Shopping Guide's Inspection Report:

Coach inspected on 02/09/2006

The RV Shopping Guide (Michael Boland) preformed a physical (non mechanical) inspection of this coach. We found a few minor problems such as Hydraulic jacks are inop commode is leaking air Fantastic fan is inop, and a few other minor items that will be repaired. Exterior is in excellent condition, with a few minor dings. Rub rails on the starboard side are scratched and being repaired. Tires were in excellent condition, no weather checking, 70% tread life left, . Generator started right up and was very quiet (low hours on gen-set.) Over-all exterior is in excellent condition. very little paint fade for a 91, very obvious coach was impeccable maintained.

Interior is very clean and well cared for. Owner will include pillows, rugs and some wall treatments.

All books and manuals are included. Routine maintenance schedules were met on-or usually before scheduled factory recommended times. After reading all repair orders, we found nothing of concern, most of the RO's were scheduled maintenance and minor repair issues.

Exterior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, exterior is any easy 9.8 plus!

Interior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, interior is any easy 9.8 plus!

Inspectors statement:

I was amazed how nice this coach is. Coach exterior and interior looked excellent. I would imagine coach was garaged when not in use. In-addition, coach has all the high dollar amenities most Prevost coach converters add only as options, such as; Webasto furnace heater, bus air, auto basement door locks and large inverter.
