RV Shopping Guide's Inspection Report:

Coach inspected on 07/18/2006

The RV Shopping Guide inspected this coach. We found no major discrepancies. Exterior-interior was just detailed and is in excellent condition, no dings or dents. Fiberglass and graphics showed no fading. It was obvious this coach has been well cared for.

Tires are in excellent condition, no weather checking, 85 to 90% tread life left over-all. Exterior is in near-new condition.

Interior is very clean like new. 3-slide floor plan is very well laid out and useable. All lights were operative.

All books and manuals are included. Routine maintenance schedules were met on-or usually before scheduled times. If you're into perfection, bells, toys and "All" the whistles...this toy is for you! Owner has all maintenance records.

Exterior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, exterior is any easy 9.9 !
Interior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, interior is any easy 10!

Inspectors statement:

This coach is in mint condition. Interior looked to be in-new condition. As with Alpenlite's time honored tradition...this coach's floor plan was well thought-out, with ample storage in kitchen and bath. The island kitchen makes for ample cooking room and is a popular floor plan amongst full time RV'ers.

We spent several hours (with the owners) inspecting and photographing this coach. It became very obvious, Bob and Ginny are fastidious and detail oriented, when it comes to coach upkeep and maintenance. The interior appeared as if it were still in the dealer showroom.

One of the things that stood out was the well-placed and labeled electronics. This manufacturer seems to excel with their ability to simplify and integrate all of the electronics into very user-friendly management panels.

Owners were very professional, courteous and congenial, when showing this coach. The extra time they spent showing the fun little nuances and mechanical condition was certainly appreciated. As discussed with Bob, he will be happy to show you, the new owner, all operations of this beautiful rig.

 Winning bidder must take delivery of vehicle within seven (7) days of auction ending date. $5000.00 refundable deposit due within three days of auction closing. If you need an exception to the above please call before bidding, again we're here to help! Coach can be delivered anywhere in the USA for under 2K. RV Shopping Guide will help secure a transport company if you need coach delivered.
  We do not accept  PAY PAL. Final payment must be received no later than seven days no exceptions. If you have exception to the latter or need special arrangements, you must have prior approval to bidding.
