This is a great, roomy floor plan that includes bathroom sinks in the shower and commode areas, plus Sony surround sound and flat screen television. The unit includes an 8kW Cat Power-Tech generator, and was ordered from the factory with loads of upgrades: Spartan chassis with 370 HP Cummins ISL diesel engine, Accubrite aluminum wheels, large chrome exterior mirrors, automatic hydraulic leveling system, energy management system, pre-wire for basement freezer, Magnum 3000 kW inverter, two 15,000 BTU Penguin heat pump/AC units, one-piece molded fiberglass roof, keyless entry system, electric WeatherPro awning with automatic wind sensor, KVH L3 in-motion satellite, and rear ladder extending to the roof. Interior upgrades include dimmable halogen ceiling lights, gorgeous coastal cherry hardwood cabinets with extra overhead cabinets in the driver's side slideout, leather hide-a-bed sofa with air mattress and compressor on the driver's side, leather convertible sofa curbside, Norcold four-door refrigerator/freezer with filtered icemaker and cold water dispenser, whole unit water filter and under-sink filter with dispenser in kitchen. After market additions include two 100-watt solar panels, CB radio, Blue Ox Tru-Steer steering stabilizing system, Aventa II 10,000 pound tow bar, and RoadMaster tow vehicle braking system.
This rig was used by two non-smoking adults with no pets. It is in prime condition with low miles and is ready to go. All maintenance is up to date and all maintenance records are available. Over one year is left on the manufacturer's original three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and over three years left on the Cummins engine warranty.
