We found no major discrepancies. Exterior is in excellent condition, no dings or dents. Tires were in excellent condition, no weather checking, 90% tread life left, . Generator started right up and was very quiet (low hours on gen-set.) Over-all exterior is in excellent condition. No paint fade, very obvious coach was impeccably maintained Interior is very clean and well cared for. Interior looked like it was just driven from the show room. Owner will include pillows, rugs and some wall treatments, pots, pans, dish ware. All books and manuals are included. Routine maintenance schedules were met on-or usually before scheduled factory recommended times. After reading all repair orders, we found nothing of concern, most of the RO's were scheduled maintenance and minor repair issues. Exterior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, exterior is any easy 9.5 plus! Interior condition: Excellent. A ten is best, interior is any easy 9.5 plus!
